Next, the hands are marked to outline the treatment area, and then a series of injections are administered using a small needle. The appointment often lasts less than 15 minutes, and patients are able to return to their normal activities right away.
WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER HAND REJUVENATION WITH RADIESSE?
You may experience slight redness, swelling, or bruising and should avoid sun, heat, and strenuous activity for 24 hours or until these symptoms resolve.
Additionally, it’s important to apply a daily broad-spectrum sunscreen to hands with at least a 30 SPF.
Patients note that their hands look younger and refreshed that same day, and results will continue to improve with the growth of new collagen. The effects of Radiesse can last a year or longer.
