• Disposable soaking plastic cups

1.    1- Wash your face with NURTURE ME foaming cleanser morning and night with distilled water.
2.    2- Take the ICE ON FIRE SOAKS solution and pour into the cup at the halfway point. Drop towelette in cup and let it soak up the rinse. Now apply damp towelette over skin for a few minutes. If skin is feeling extra sensitive, use the ICE ON FIRE SPRAY onto the towelette while on skin.
3.    3- Apply INTENSIVE SECURITY BLANKET barrier balm.
4.    4- Apply SHEER SKIN UMBRELLA SPF 50+ sunscreen after using the barrier balm.
5.  5-   2^nd week of treatment, repeat the same process above, but now you can also use ICE ON FIRE SPRAY without the towelette on bare skin if needed for extra relief.
