Dr. Soheila Rostami is the Medical Director and CEO of Rostami OPC and Sanctuary Cosmetic Center. Dr. Rostami is a graduate of the Howard University School of Medicine in Washington DC, where she was chief resident of ophthalmology. She completed her training for ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Maryland. Dr. Rostami holds her board certifications with the American Board of Ophthalmology (FAAO), and serves on the Board of Trustees with the American Board of Facial Cosmetic Surgery (ABFCS) & American Board of Cosmetic Surgery (ABCS).

Dr. Rostami is the former Section Chief of Ophthalmology at Reston Hospital Center, Assistant Clinical Professor of Ophthalmology at George Washington University, Adjunct Associate Clinical Professor at State University of New York, State College of Optometry and Assistant Professor at Howard University Hospital Ophthamology. She has received numerous awards over the years including Dean’s Honor Roll, Beta Kappa Chi Honor Society, Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society, Dr. Charles I. West Award, Trustee Scholarship, Member of AOA Medical Honor Society Gamma Chapter, and peer-voted Northern Virginia Top Doc. She is very involved in the Northern Virginia and Washington DC area community and charities with memberships to medical societies, chamber of commerce, and women in medicine. In addition, Dr. Rostami performs clinical research for leading technologies in cosmetics and presents her work around the world.

Having performed thousands of cosmetic and medically necessary eyelid surgeries, Dr. Rostami is known as the surgical eye expert in northern Virginia and Washington, DC metro area. Dr. Nazemzadeh grew up in Maryland and lived in the DC metro area the majority of her life. She completed her undergraduate studies at The George Washington University, graduating in the top 2 percent of her class. She was inducted into several honor societies, including Phi Beta Kappa, Golden Key International, Foreign Language, and Phi Eta Sigma.

For her medical degree, Dr. Nazemzadeh attended The George Washington University School of Medicine, graduating among the top of her class and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honors Society. She completed her residency in ophthalmology at The George Washington University.

Dr. Nazemzadeh completed a 2-year fellowship with the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS) at The University of Pennslyvania and The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. A specialist in oculo-facial and reconstructive surgery for adults and children, she is now back in the DC metro area, splitting her time between Rostami Oculo-Facial Plastics and Sanctuary Cosmetic Center.


A board-certified master micropigmentologist, Souzan’s goal is to show her clients how imperative it is to focus on themselves and shine. She has been performing microdermabrasion, chemical peels, facials, threading, permanent make-up, and waxing. She takes a skin analysis and patient needs assessment before treatment.

Sadiya NaseemSadiya Naseem is a Doctor of Nursing Practice and a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (DNP, FNP-BC).  She holds undergraduate and doctorate degrees from George Mason University and is an Adjunct Professor of Clinical Nursing there.  She is certified by the National Laser Institute in advanced aesthetic treatments.

As a fully accredited and licensed Nurse Practitioner with more than 4 years of experience practicing a variety of medical aesthetics and non-surgical procedures including Botox injection, filler injection, PRP injections for hair loss and scar revision, Microneedling with PRP, BBL Photofacials, Laser genesis, Picosecond laser (skin rejuvenating/pigment removal capabilities laser), and laser hair removal.

Dr. Lindsey graduated from the University of Virginia Medical School and completed his residency training in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at UVA. Following residency, he completed a specialized fellowship in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery under the auspices of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship in South Carolina. Post-fellowship, Dr. Lindsey returned to the University of Virginia as an assistant professor in the Department of Otolaryngology.

He moved to Northern Virginia to practice hair transplantation, facial plastic surgery, and MOHS reconstruction. He is assistant professor at George Washington University Medical Center. Dr. Lindsey received his board certification from the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, and from the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, a Fellow of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.
